Can only play 2 notes at a time

This keyboard only plays two notes at a time. This may be a blessing or a curse, depending on how you look at it. On the one hand, your child won't be able to make chords. On the other hand, you don't have to worry about them hitting all the keys at once and making a dissonant racket.
Kids can still do basic melody lines with this, and the background rhythms are not part of the two note limit.
My daughter really likes it. Just got it today, so I have no idea how durable it is.
Finally, although there is an AC output, it does not come with a plug-in. This seems to be more & more common with cheaper toys these days. Otherwise, it takes 4 AA batteries.

GREAT FOR PRACTICE

This piano is great for first time practice. After a while however you will notice that the piano does not allow you to press 2 keys at the same time. Aside from that the piano is great for playing and practicing. Although it is much smaller than the one on the picture.

My 2 and 3 year old love this keyboard! Very basic - but pretty cheap.
My only complaint about it is that the only volume button on it controls the "background music" that you can play along with. There's no overall volume for the keyboard. So we can't play it if anyone in the house is sleeping.
But aside from that - it's a great toy!
